Preventative maintenance can help you avoid larger costs in the future. When was the last time your Perimeter Drainage, Drain Tile, or Sewer System was inspected? Like anything else on your property such as a furnace or appliances, proper maintenance and inspection is key to longevity.

CAUSES AND SIGNS

Your Drainage and Sewer Lines are susceptible to failure over time for many reasons. Among them, is outdated materials such as clay, concrete or Big O piping. Over time, Drain Tile or Perimeter Drainage begins to accumulate debris from your gutter system such as leaves and sediment. Below ground surrounding roots can begin to grow inside of the pipes. Sewer Line failure occurs from misaligned pipe, cracks, breaks or obstructions from items flowing through the system that shouldn’t be including excessive grease, excessive food and other items. Trees also pose a risk to your Drainage and Sewer. If you have a large tree on your property that is within close proximity, tree roots can travel several feet and into the lines.

Steps For Proper Maintenance:

• Step 1: Visual inspection using advanced camera equipment
  Our technicians need to see below the ground and get a visual of your drainage or sewer line to assess the overall health and condition
• Step 2: Develop a plan, provide a quote
  We will suggest the best solution available- if more extensive repairs are required, we will provide a detailed quote
• Step 3: Perform the maintenance
  Highly skilled technicians will perform maintenance using hydro flushing equipment or other equipment
• Step 4: Re-inspect to ensure proper function 
  Once complete we will re-inspect the Sewer Line or Drainage using camera equipment
